Sampling Partner
We oversee the sampling process start to finish. Tech pack review, sample leathers and leather inspection, back-and-forth daily communication with the production team. Up to two full revisions on your initial sample design are included.

Production Management
Leverage our insider market standing to bypass inflated foreign markups. We oversee full-cycle production directly on the floor, providing weekly progress reporting, active line management, and rigorous quality control through to final dispatch. We are your production employee in Turkey.

*Management fee of €450 per 100 units + volume-decreasing commission (starts at 2%) at the end of the project.
